ckpk Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ckpk website and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). ckpk is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult users in Bangladesh. By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors and registered account holders. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. ckpk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

Access to ckpk and registration of an account is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on ckpk or any associated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

ckpk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension or termination. We take underage gambling seriously and employ technical and procedural measures to prevent access by minors.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of features on ckpk, you are required to register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account and must update that information promptly if it changes. ckpk is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.

Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify ckpk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. ckpk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. To protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that you have not used on other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ckpk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ckpk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. By making a deposit you confirm that the funds are your own and have been obtained lawfully.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your ckpk account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ckpk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ckpk reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be verified.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. ckpk may require identity and age verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to pass KYC verification will result in the withdrawal request being held pending the provision of satisfactory documentation.

ckpk does not charge fees on standard wallet-to-wallet withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which ckpk has no control. Withdrawal processing times may vary. ckpk aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly but does not guarantee specific processing durations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ckpk offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and betting markets specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• ckpk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of the bonus system, or breach of these Terms will be forfeited.

Rollover requirements for each bonus are clearly stated in the promotion details. Players are encouraged to read bonus terms before opting in to any promotional offer. Questions regarding specific bonus terms can be directed to the ckpk support team.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game plays on ckpk are final once confirmed. ckpk reserves the right to void bets that have been placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where a technical fault has affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their bets are placed correctly before confirmation.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ckpk cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Pre-match and live in-play markets are available subject to event availability. In-play odds update in real time and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. ckpk reserves the right to suspend or remove any market at any time, including during a live event, without liability.

Casino Games

Casino games on ckpk — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, video slots, and crash games — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within each game interface. RTP rates for RNG games are published on the relevant game information pages. The results of all casino games are final and cannot be reversed except where a verified technical fault is confirmed by ckpk's technical team.

6. Responsible Gaming

ckpk is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gambling should remain a form of entertainment, and we provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits).
• Session time reminders to alert you after a defined period of play.
• Temporary time-out periods to pause your account for a defined duration.
• Self-exclusion options for players who wish to permanently close their account or take an extended break from the Platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckpk and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Opening multiple accounts (bonus abuse, multi-accounting).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform.

ckpk cooperates with relevant authorities in investigations relating to suspected illegal activity on the Platform. Any attempt to defraud ckpk or other players will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckpk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or any technical failures beyond ckpk's reasonable control. ckpk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily affect availability.

ckpk makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any game for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds or prices displayed on the Platform, or the continuity of any promotional offer. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

ckpk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ckpk will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users of significant changes via the contact details held on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting the ckpk support team.
